Lorz Italian Garlic (Allium sativum)

Medium-large artichoke (softneck) type brought to Washington State's Columbia Basin from Italy by the Lorz Family before the 1900’s. This heirloom is a Slow Food “Ark of Taste” variety with exquisite flavor. Well-adapted to summer heat. Ripens mid-season and stores well (6-8 months). 15-20 medium-sized, cream-colored cloves per bulb. Sow in fall to harvest the following summer.

Garlic cannot be shipped outside of the continental United States (including HI, US territories, or Armed Forces) or to the following states: AK, CA, CO, GA, ID, KS, MT, NV, OR, or WA.
