Donostia Red Garlic (Allium sativum)

Creole garlic from a market in the Basque city of Donostia (San Sebastián) Spain. Small bulbs with white wrappers contain 8-12 crimson cloves. Extra hot flavor and exceptional storage life! Average 8-10 cloves per bulb. Sow in fall to harvest the following summer.
